Evan Liddiard, CPA and tax expert with the Alliance for Charitable Reform, explains the Pease limitation. Pease is a little-known tax provision limiting the value of itemized deductions for upper-income brackets and it is scheduled to take effect at the beginning of 2013 if Congress does not act.
